Founded in 1608, Québec City is one of the oldest cities in North America, and its walled historic district, Old Québec, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Cobblestone streets, centuries-old stone houses and sweeping views over the St. Lawrence River make it a memorable setting for a week of psychophysics in late summer.
